The specialized package of the Medical SPA center of Grand Hotel Pomorie is aimed at effective treatment and rehabilitation of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. We combine the power of Pomorie mud with professional physiotherapy and manual massages to relieve pain and improve your mobility in a luxurious and peaceful environment.
Program highlights:
- Stay: Choice of 7 or 10 nights in a room or apartment with a sea view.

- Professional consultation: A thorough medical examination by a specialist.
- Intensive therapy:
- Mud therapy and Alkali therapy (7 or 10 procedures of each type).
- Specialized Physiotherapy (7 or 10 procedures).
- Therapeutic manual massage (4 or 5 procedures depending on the length of stay) for targeted impact on problem areas.
- Complete relaxation: Free access to all facilities of our extensive spa center, including a healing salt pool and various thermal areas.

DISCOUNTS / SURCHARGES:
A child between the ages of 0 and 2 stays free of charge;
For a child aged 2 to 12 years old, accommodated on an extra bed, an additional charge of 30% is charged from the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
For a child aged 12 to 18 years old, accommodated on an extra bed, an additional charge of 70% is charged from the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
Payment method:
Payments are by bank transfer, debit/credit card or in cash at reception upon check-in.
When booking at standard rates, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required within 5 days after confirmation of the reservation by the hotel.
The balance of 70% is paid at the reception upon check-in. For reservations made up to 5 days before arrival, no deposit is required. The reservation can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival without penalty. In other cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
When booking non-refundable rates, full payment of the reservation is required within 2 days of confirmation of the reservation by the hotel. The reservation is non-cancellable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation is due and must be paid by the guest. No refunds are possible.

Surcharge for early check-in after 10am on the day of arrival – €50 / BGN 97.80 for a room and €70 / BGN 136.91 for an apartment. Early check-in is possible only if there are available rooms and after prior confirmation by the hotel;
Check-out until 12:00;
In case of earlier departure than the previously requested period of the reservation, for all reservations that are not non-refundable, a penalty in the amount of the overnight stay on the day of departure is due. The remaining part of the amount paid upon check-in, if any, is refunded to the guest via bank transfer within 14 days from the date of departure;
Late check-out is possible only after prior confirmation by the hotel. Check-out after 12:00 and until 16:00 is charged with 50 € / 97.80 BGN for a room and 70 € / 136.91 BGN for an apartment. For check-out after 16:00, a penalty of one night's stay is due;
The prices listed are in euros and leva, per room, with 9% VAT and include: tourist insurance and tax, breakfast and dinner, use of a safe, SPA package - sauna, herbal sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, ice room, bucket shower, rain cave, adventure showers, forest path, walk in the rain, fitness, jacuzzi, indoor healing salt mineral pool and outdoor pools and sun loungers (seasonal).
